Yellow-browed Warbler Phylloscopus inornatus

Scarce passage migrant. Until recently, poor coverage has limited records of this species.

· 1988 One, 15^th - 19^th September.

· 1993 One, North End, 25^th September; One, The Daal, 26^th September; Two, Ham, 27^th & One, Ham, 28^th September.

· 1994 One, 18^th and 4, 20^th September.

· 1995 One, 16^th September.

· 1996 One, 16^th – 18^th September; 3, 20^th – 21^st with one to the 22^nd September; One, North End, 26^th - 28^th September; One, 27^th September – 1^st October.

· 1997 Two, 27^th September (One to the 29^th); Two, 29^th September (One to the 2^nd October); Two, 7^th October (One to the 9^th).

· 1998 One, Ham 19^th and 20^th, with Two there on the 21^st September.

· 1999 One Ham, on the 25^th & 26^th September.

· 2000 Singles, North End 23^rd September and Ham P.O. 25^th September.

· 2002 The first was seen 23^rd – 27^th September. The next single arrived on 1^st October, and two further singles on 2^nd and 3^rd.

· 2003 A maximum total of about 20 birds for the year, the first being seen on the 11^th September. Singles were seen on occasional dates until the 27^th, and then a sudden fall of migrants brought in 10 new birds on the 28^th. One of these birds remained until the 4^th October, and then there was a couple of singles until an arrival of 3 birds on the 15^th. The last sightings were of two, on the 23^rd and a single on the 24^th.

· 2004 Only two records for the year! 1^st – 8^th and 12^th – 13^th October.

· 2005 A total of 7 birds were seen. 6 on the 25^th September with one or two of these birds remaining until the 6^th October. There was a new arrival on the 14^th October.

· 2006 A total of 18 birds, with singles on 10^th – 11^th and 20^th – 27^th September, with 2 on 24^th – 25^th. 15 birds arrived on the 30^th September, with 12 remaining the following day.

· 2008 Singles, 23^rd, 25^th, 30^th September and 3^rd October.

· 2010 Four, on the 30^th September. One, on the 9^th and 11^th October, two, on the 12^th.

· 2011 Two on the 16^th September, increasing to 7 on the 18^th and then 8 on the 19^th, with singles until 29^th at least.
