Wood Warbler Phylloscopus sibilatrix

Scarce passage migrant. Poorly documented, until recently, due to poor coverage.

· 1974 One, 18th August.

· 1981 One, 2nd September.

· 1992 Peak of 4, 5th September.

· 1995 One, Hametoun, 11^th and 12^th September, and singles at the North End on the 14^th and 19^th September.

· 1996 One, 25^th May. In autumn, singles on the 23^rd, 28^th & 30^th August; Two, 6^th September; One, 7^th & 10^th September.

· 1997 One, 20^th – 22^nd May. One, 13^th – 17^th August.

· 2002 One, 25^th August, then a single on 1^st – 4^th September and two birds on the 4^th.

· 2003 One arrived on the 6^th May and another joined it on the 11^th, one remaining the following day. In September, the was a single bird on the 11^th – 12^th.

· 2004 There were two birds on the 8^th September, one of which remained until the 18^th.

· 2011 One, Punds, on the 19^th September.
