Uncommon passage migrant

 

Seen April to November, although most observed in May and September.

 

Between one and ten birds recorded annually since 1992, mainly in the spring. The highest daily count was 5, along the West Burn and in Ham, on the 9th September, 1995.

 

Earliest arrival was on the 21st April, 1996 and the latest returning bird on the 2nd October, 2000.
