Fairly common passage migrant

Most birds recorded in May and September.

Earliest spring record was of a single bird on the 29^th April, 2005. The latest returning bird in the autumn was seen on the 1^st November, 2004.

Between one and three birds present at any one time is the norm. The highest recorded numbers in a day was 7, on the 25^th May, 2003.
