Passage migrant with small breeding population in Shetland

· 1973 Singles reported from 6^th August onwards.

· 1992 One, Ham Voe, 5th September

· 1995 One on the 17th & 18th September

· 1996 One, 1^st May

· 1997 One, 2^nd June. In autumn, singles 11^th – 16^th August, 20^th August; then One – Two daily from 27^th August – 12^th September; 4, on the 1^st September; 5, on the 3^rd – 4^th September; the last bird seen on the 25^th September.

· 2004 One, 2^nd June. One on the 9^th August, another on the 25^th August, and a third on 30^th – 31^st August.

· 2005 Single, 28^th April.
