No documented records. Passage migrant and breeding summer visitor, much scarcer than Arctic Tem.

· 1954 Single pair on 5^th – 26^th June, was the first record of this species on Foula (Furness, 1983).

· 1955 Four on the 7^th July (Furness, 1983).
